Fall Programs (September 5th to October 29th)

Club Competitive

This program is for any age group (high school, university) who wants to seriously train for competitive racing and represent Niagara Falls Rowing Club in competitions. Rowers should have at least 1 year of rowing experience, recreational or competitive. Training times are morning or evenings during the week and mornings on weekends. All equipment is provided. Cost – $385 plus one time annually $100 affiliation fee to Rowing Canada and Row Ontario.

Available Competitions (subject to change):

  • September 23 – Head of the Welland (Welland, ON)
  • October 7 – Head of the Genessee (Rochester, NY)
  • October 21-22 – Head of the Charles (Boston, MA) subject to qualification

To join Niagara Falls Rowing Club, print and complete the Membership Form and mail it to the rowing club with your payment.

Masters (Adult)

This program is for any age group (high school, university) who wants to seriously train for competitive racing and represent Niagara Falls Rowing Club in competitions. Rowers should have at least 1 year of rowing experience, recreational or competitive. Training times are morning or evenings during the week and mornings on weekends. All equipment is provided. Club Recreational

This program is for any age group (high school, university or adult) who is looking to learn to row and/or casually row for fitness and fun. Some rowing experience is recommended but not mandatory. Training times are morning or evenings during the week and mornings on weekends. This is a non-competitive membership.

Cost – $190 plus one time annually $35 affiliation fee to Rowing Canada and Row Ontario.

Youth Rowing (Full Program)

This program is for youth (ages 11-16) who are interested in learning to row and enjoy casual rowing sessions. The fall youth rowing program is scheduled on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons in the fall session. No experience necessary to participate in the youth program. Contact the club info@niagarafallsrowingclub.com for specific dates and times for youth rowing.
