Anthony Arcuri

1988-present
Started the Saint Paul High School Rowing Program and continue coaching and administering the program today.
Have secured sponsorships and fundraising dollars to purchase eleven different racing shells, oars and equipment over this time period.
Coached 20 different crews to Canadian Secondary School Championship medals, including four Canadian gold medal Championships.
Have coached athletes from A.N. Myer High School and St. Michaels High School as well during this time period.
Have coached and helped eight athletes secure University scholarships for US schools. Countless others have continued on to Canadian Universities for varsity rowing.
1990-2011
Coached for St. Catharines’ Rowing Club in the summer competitive program as well as the adult recreational program.
Early 1990’s
Coached for Brock University
2007
Received an “Award of Merit” from Row Ontario, for recognition of volunteer services in rowing.
2012-present
Started and continue the Niagara Falls Rowing Club.
Earned a level one “Rowing Canada” national coaches qualification
2013
Received an award for “Lifetime of Service to Canadian Secondary School Rowing”

Personally rowed in High School winning two Canadian Secondary School Rowing Championship medals.
1992-present
Began coaching for Saint Paul High School and coached two crews to Canadian Championship gold medals.
2008-2010
Head Coach for the St. Catharines’ Rowing Clubs Master’s Men’s Program
2008-2011
Personally rowed for St. Catharines’ Rowing Club in the Masters Men’s program.
Won Henley Gold several times during this time period
Rowed in the World Master’s Regatta to two 2nd place finishes
2009-2011
Member of the Board of Directors for the St. Catharines’ Rowing Club
2009-present
Began coaching St. Michael High School athletes.
2012-present
Started and continue the Niagara Falls Rowing Club.
Earned a level one “Rowing Canada” national coaches qualification
