This program is designed for athletes that have developed the rowing skills necessary to begin training and for participating in competition. Rowing experience is required to join junior/senior rowing. We recommend participating in our Youth Rowing program to gain rowing experience.
Athletes will begin the session in a variety of boat sizes with different crew members. As athletes progress through the season, opportunities to compete in different boats will depend on the competency and dedication of the athlete(s).
