This program is designed for athletes that have developed the rowing skills necessary to begin training and for participating in competition. Rowing experience is required to join our competitive rowing programs. We recommend young athletes to participate in our Youth Rowing program to gain rowing experience. We recommend adult athletes to participate in our Recreational Rowing program to gain rowing experience.
Athletes will begin the session in a variety of boat sizes with different crew members. As athletes progress through the season, opportunities to compete in different boats will depend on the competency and dedication of the athlete(s).

Competitive programs are now for athletes of all ages (adults, seniors, juniors) who are interested in rowing competitively.
