This program is for adults with a variety of skill levels. Rowing experience is not necessary. The recreational program will cater to those who would like to learn the sport of rowing or to those who would like to continue developing their previous skills. Recreational Rowing is the first stage to becoming a Masters competitive rower. The sessions run on various days throughout the week.

Sessions
Session 1: Spring Adult Rowing
This session runs: April 1st to May 31st 2024
Practice times: Weekday evenings (5:30pm) and weekend mornings (10am).
Athletes participate approx. 3x per week for about 2 hours at a time.

Session 2: Summer Adult Rowing
This session runs: June 5th to August 7th
Practice times: Weekday evenings and weekend mornings.
The session will run on various days throughout June and July.
