This program is designed for rowers who are looking for more training and racing opportunities with both sprint racing in the spring/summer, and head racing in the fall. Racing is not required, but you will still participate in the group training plan at every practice.
Competitive programs are now for athletes of all ages (adults, seniors, juniors) who are interested in rowing competitively.
In order to join the Competitive programs, prior experience is required such as a learn-to-row program. We recommend participating in our Recreational Rowing program to gain rowing experience.
